Improving Workforce Management to Ensure Productivity in Girl-Child Education and Women Entrepreneurship
It is my distinguished honour as the CEO of Audacious Voices, and on behalf of all my dynamic, and committed members to welcome all of you to this very important workshop. You have all come from different destinations and distances to honour and participate in this maiden Rendez-vous worthy of the cause for the girl child and women empowerment. Thank you for making it here in Limbe, the South West Region.
Madam, the representative, of MINPROFF, permit me use this opportunity to thank you and your staff for putting us in your very tight schedule. We feel honoured for the attention you give to our cause and the support thereof. The welfare of women and their families, being a priority of your administrative structure, Audacious Voices will continually be at your doorsteps for effective collaboration, advice, and support.
To our distinguished presenters, your participation to this maiden workshop is invaluable. Your readiness to jump on to this plane as hostesses to onboard the executive board members to a comfortable journey and safe landing in their commitment to help girls and women understand the necessity of having quality education that transforms their lives and those around them, speaks of your interest and expertise on the perennial discourse on female dispossession and the need to give a voice to women-not just giving them material means, but educating them on how to take their destiny into their hands.
The technical teams of Audacious Voices and Enokpa Geriatric Association, and to every participant in this hall, you have taken off time to be here because this workshop and the very mission of these associations is important to you. I therefore urge us to get the most out of this workshop. Demonstrate respect for each other, record and later reflect on “Oh Yes” moments, focus on impact, choose to be here, and bring energy into the room. Note that your actions impact others. Your decision to be leaders and not managers start here. As leaders we do the right thing. The crew of AUDAV is called to SERVE, INSPIRE, AND provide SUSTAINABLE SUPPORT to girls and women.
Distinguished participants, to quote Dwight Eisenhower “Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it” It is a reciprocal interaction and that is the mission of AUDAV. Through training workshops, motivational talks, coaching and of course material and financial support, we shall be getting girls and women to do what we want them to do, what we want them to become for themselves and for our society, BECAUSE they have demonstrated the willingness and determination to do so.
For the next few hours, let us tell ourselves this:
“I LEARN SOMETHING NOT BECAUSE I HAVE TO, BUT BECAUSE I WANT TO”
Thank you for coming and I wish we all have a knowledge, experience filled and exciting workshop.
ARE WE READY TO GO???
